PUSH Ventures follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services‘ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users‘ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Like any other website, PUSH Ventures uses „cookie“s; These cookies are used to store information including visitors‘ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. Sustainability-related disclosures

 The following information includes sustainability-related disclosures pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 (as amended from time to time „SFDR“):

Pursuant to the SFDR, sustainability risk means an environmental, social or governance event or condition that, if it occurs, could cause an actual or a potential material negative impact on the value of the investment. The investment policies of PUSH VC EuVECA GmbH & Co KG (the „Partnership“) do not include a targeted and/or systematic integration of sustainability risks into the investment decisions. PUSH VC GmbH („PUSH VC“) as general partner of the Partnership will, however, monitor actual or potential material adverse effects of sustainability risks on investment decision-making processes as well as on the Partnership’s assets, financial position and results of operations on an ongoing basis as part of its risk management. It is to be noted that sustainable investment is not an objective of the Partnership. PUSH VC remains free in its decision to refrain from investing or to invest despite sustainability risks in which case PUSH VC can also apply measures to reduce or mitigate any sustainability risks. At all times, PUSH VC will apply the principle of proportionality taking due account of the strategic relevance of an investment as well as its transactional context.

PUSH VC does currently not foresee that sustainability risks will likely have material impacts on the returns from the Partnership and its investments as sustainability risks should, in general, only play a subordinate role for early stage target companies.

As the business model of early stage target companies is in many cases not fully developed, sustainability risks and principal adverse impacts of investment decisions of PUSH VC on sustainability factors would be difficult to assess. Sustainability factors mean environmental, social and employee matters, respect for human rights, anti-corruption and bribery matters. Therefore, given the investment focus of the Partnership, PUSH VC does not commit to consider principal adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors. However, PUSH VC may consider principal adverse impacts of its investment decisions on sustainability factors before and after investments on a case-by-case basis as part of its general risk management. In any case, PUSH VC decides at its sole discretion whether or not to make an investment in light of principal adverse impacts on sustainability factors, and PUSH VC may apply risk mitigation measures where appropriate.

PUSH VC does also not intend to integrate sustainability risks in its remuneration policies.
