After years in investment banking, Laurenz transitioned into entrepreneurship and VC. He studied business administration and holds a CFA Charter. He is half South-African, enjoys road-biking and is a proud dad of three kids.

Lukas Püspök
Founding Partner
Following his business studies, Lukas initiated his professional path in management consulting. After a year-long motorcycle trip from Nepal to Austria, he teamed up with his uncle to build a leading Austrian renewables company. Lukas is a passionate climate change fighter and tries to pass this commitment to his four boys.

Christopher Raithle
Investment Manager
Christopher brings years of professional experience in PE, VC, and strategy consulting, with a notable focus on investing in ClimateTech startups. He holds an MSc in Management. Christopher enjoys road cycling, running as well as ski touring and is passionate about tackling climate change.

Investment Manager
Before joining PUSH Ventures, David accumulated years of experience in venture capital and equity derivatives trading, holding an MSc in Banking and Finance. He loves long-distance hiking and is passionate about data-driven business models.

Magdalena Möslinger-Gehmayr
Operations Manager
Alongside her MSc in Economics, Magdalena acquired experience in innovation research, marketing and client communication. Driven by her passion for medical innovation, she earned a BSc in Medical Sciences. Outside her professional activities, she enjoys sailing and attending art exhibitions.
